All our teachers are native English speakers, and most of them are based in Manchester, England. All teachers have a CELTA/Trinity Qualification. All of our teachers have additionally been officially evaluated by the British Council, which is the most esteemed ESL accreditation body. Several of our teachers have also worked worldwide which makes them professionally qualified to teach the variety of students we have from various nationalities worldwide.
No, not necessarily, but you will need to be able to speak to and understand your teacher. Our courses are perfect for students wishing to score between 4.5 to 7.5 in academic IELTS.

You may use PayPal without an account with a credit or debit card. IELTS-UK uses PayPal because it encrypts your personal card details for all web transactions, so you can provide you card details in confidence.
Yes. If you don’t have a credit card, or if you don’t like using your card details over the internet, you can pay for classes by Bank transfer . Please email us and we will send you instructions on how to pay.
No – you can take your classes when you want. All we ask is that you complete your block of classes within 3 months of signing up. Which is easy if you are keen on improving your English and getting the IELTS score you desire!
Yes, please email us for special group rates.
You can book your classes using our automated booking system where you can choose the time and day of your lesson as well as your teacher. All bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
On the booking system you will see the teachers and the different times that they are available. You can book each class individually or you can book a series of classes. You can book a class with a teacher at the same time every day if you want to (providing they are available, of course!)
As soon as you have made your payment you will receive a login and password to our booking system. All you need to do is book your classes by clicking here.
You may cancel classes on the system yourself or by emailing us outside of a 24 hour period. Unfortunately any classes cancelled within 24 hours are counted and cannot be re-credited.
If you decide that IELTS-UK is not for you, simply send us an email within 7 days of your lesson purchase. We will cancel your classes and issue a refund for the remaining classes.
The virtual classroom is used in all our online classes and allows the teacher and student to share video, chat, documents, as well as sharing screens for our eLearning platform to create an interactive learning experience.
Email us and request to extend your current licence. You may extend in periods of 30 or 90 days
This is currently not an option. The eLearning platform provides a basis for our courses and blends perfectly with our classes and our IELTS specialist teachers providing the best possible preparation.
